The Illinois Club is one of the oldest university social clubs serving the University and Champaign-Urbana community. The purpose of our Club is to promote friendship and education, this purpose is achieved through interest groups, campus tours, University of Illinois scholarship awards, and special events.

A Note from the President...

Over more than 100 years, much has changed in The Illinois Club and in the world, but much remains the same. Club members are women and men who live in the Champaign-Urbana community, which is home to the University of Illinois. We focus on social connections, featuring many interest groups. We are proud to help undergraduate students through our scholarship program. Please look at the monthly calendar on this page, and learn about our activities.

The tour includes the Farm Aid exhibit and info about other parts of the museum.

Spurlock is located at 600 S. Gregory St. in Urbana, Illinois, on the corner of Gregory and Oregon streets, just east of the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts.

Parking

Metered spaces managed by the University and the City of Urbana are available on the streets surrounding the Museum and in designated areas within the parking lot adjacent to the Museum on Oregon Street. There are a small number of metered spaces for handicapped parking permits.

The University has removed physical meters. Instead, you will find bright orange Pay By App only signage marking spaces available to everyone. There are three apps to use: MobileMeter, ParkMobile, and PayByPhone. If you do not have a smartphone, you can dial (217) 207-3033 to pay over the phone. City of Urbana meters on nearby streets continue to be available.
